Remote Weekend/Night Shift Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Weekend/Night Shift Sales Assistant to support our sales team outside regular business hours. This entry‑level position focuses on basic CRM management, initiating inbound lead sequences, and preparing quotes for prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Start inbound sequences for new leads using our CRM system.
• Create initial simulations/quotes for new prospects.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline during weekends and after‑hours.
• Follow company systems and procedures accurately.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organized work style.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM tools.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and computer.
• Available to work USA weekend and night‑shift hours.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (preferred).
