About the role
As a Renewals Account Manager for the Middle East & Africa region, you will be responsible for driving renewal engagements with AVEVA’s enterprise customers in Cairo and surrounding markets. You will work closely with the sales, customer success and product teams to secure on‑time renewals and grow recurring revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve renewal quota and on‑time renewal objectives across assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute MEDDPIC‑based renewal plans in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
- Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities and hand them to Account Managers.
- Manage the end‑to‑end renewal process from first contact to contract close.
- Maintain accurate renewal data, status and reports in Salesforce.com.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure timely escalation of issues.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of renewal processes, policies and pricing.
- Proven experience managing multiple enterprise accounts and delivering sales results.
- Direct sales background with experience engaging senior executives (VP Operations, CTO, CIO, etc.).
- Deep understanding of industry trends to align renewal strategies with customer goals.
Required skills
- Salesforce.com – data entry, reporting and renewal tracking.
