About the role
The Restaurant Manager (Level I) oversees daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas, ensuring high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, covering restaurants, bars and room service.
- Maintain service and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with local health and liquor regulations.
- Plan staffing levels to meet guest service needs and financial objectives.
- Assist with menu planning and monitor inventory to control costs.
- Lead the food‑and‑beverage team through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
- Handle peak‑time floor operations, supporting servers and hosts as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least four years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
