Restaurant Outlet Manager – Cairo

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead Bullona, one of its acclaimed restaurants. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for delivering an elegant dining experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed restaurant environment for all dining periods.
• Recruit, train, supervise and, when necessary, discipline outlet staff.
• Ensure attentive, distinctive service while maintaining a friendly yet unobtrusive presence with guests.
• Oversee daily operations, including service standards, guest satisfaction and compliance with Four Seasons policies.

Required profile

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Good computer skills.
• College degree, preferably in hotel or restaurant management.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in restaurant or outlet management.
