Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Ecru, a fast‑growing Egyptian womenswear brand, is looking for a full‑time Retail Sales Associate to join its store team. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover the brand’s high‑quality fabrics and unique designs while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and styling advice.
• Maintain visual standards of the store, including merchandising and displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, performing stock counts as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in basic sales techniques and customer‑service practices.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and transaction handling.
• Attention to detail, good organizational habits, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of womenswear trends (a plus).
• Prior retail or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
