Retrofit Tender Engineer

About the role

EMDAD is seeking a Retrofit Tender Engineer to lead the preparation and submission of tender documents for retrofit projects. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive and technically sound proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFQs, specifications, drawings, and BOQs for retrofit projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.
• Support pricing, cost estimation, and bid analysis processes.
• Collaborate with procurement and technical teams during tender preparation.
• Ensure all tender documents are completed within deadlines.
• Evaluate supplier offers both technically and commercially.
• Assist in value engineering and preparation of retrofit solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in tender preparation and retrofit projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
