Rewards Lead

About the role

The Rewards Lead will own the design, implementation and administration of compensation, benefits and expatriate programs. You will ensure alignment with corporate policies, budgets and legal requirements while partnering with business leaders to drive effective reward strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the compensation and benefits strategy.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly cost adjustments for employees and expats.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Administer and update compensation and benefits programs, keeping them within approved budgets.
• Manage merit increase, annual bonus and long‑term incentive processes.
• Oversee expatriate and secondment processes, coordinating with external providers.
• Provide data for salary surveys and conduct analysis for salary grid design.
• Handle expat and short‑term/long‑term assignee requests and stay management in Egypt.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
