Sales Advisor

About the role

The Sales Advisor will promote the institution’s academic programmes—including Master’s and PhD degrees—to prospective students. Working closely with the admissions team, the advisor will turn enquiries into enrolments and help build long‑term relationships that enhance the school’s reputation. The role combines direct outreach, relationship management and collaboration with marketing to drive student recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Master’s and Doctoral programmes.
• Engage with potential students through calls, emails, webinars and events.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrolments.
• Provide accurate information about curricula, admission requirements and career outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective students to encourage repeat engagement and referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within education or academic services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Familiarity with higher‑education market trends.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.
