Sales Associate - Fashion

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our fashion retail team in Cairo. You will deliver a high‑end shopping experience, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect fit.
• Suggest complementary items to increase basket size and complete outfits.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while monitoring personal KPIs.
• Maintain a personal client book and proactively inform regular customers about new arrivals, exclusive collections, and promotions.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and in line with visual‑merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock shipments, conduct inventory counts, and replenish merchandise from the backroom to the shop floor.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of retail sales experience.
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and active‑listening abilities.
• Neat, professional appearance suitable for a premium fashion brand.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Point of Sale (POS) system.
