Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Recruitment Revenue is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its outbound sales team on a fully remote basis. You will focus on generating qualified sales opportunities for recruitment agency clients across the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads through high‑volume cold calls, social selling and personalised email outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads against defined criteria and pass strong opportunities to account managers.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Produce regular reports on booked meetings, pipeline health and performance against targets.
• Contribute to a positive, high‑performance team culture and participate in incentives and competitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in an SDR, BDR or appointment‑setting role.
• Proven track record of outbound cold‑calling and lead generation.
• Experience working with US‑based business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
