Sales Development Representative – US Market

About the role

inSylos is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting for its AI‑native tech studio in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for startups and mid‑market companies that need custom software, web, or AI‑integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting on LinkedIn, cold email and targeted campaigns aimed at the US market.
• Identify and engage startups and mid‑market businesses that require custom software, web, or AI‑enabled products.
• Qualify inbound leads from LinkedIn campaigns and convert them into booked discovery calls.
• Conduct discovery conversations, understand client needs and hand off qualified opportunities to the closing team.
• Build and maintain a consistent outbound pipeline; this is a hunting, not order‑taking, role.
• Accurately represent inSylos’s positioning: rapid delivery, AI/agentic AI capability, and pricing efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven SDR or outbound sales experience, preferably selling to US tech/software buyers.
• Comfortable working US business hours and fluent in US communication style.
• Strong LinkedIn‑native prospecting ability – can start genuine conversations, not just send templates.
• Self‑starter with ownership over pipeline and targets.
• Bonus: experience selling software development, digital products, or agency/studio services.
