Sales Manager – CNC & Laser Machines, Production Lines

About the role

ElMasa Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of its CNC machines, laser machines, and pipe production line portfolio. You will lead the sales team, develop market strategies, and build strong relationships with both existing and new industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement monthly and annual sales promotion strategies.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare technical quotations, proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up on tenders, major industrial projects, and ensure successful contract execution.
• Monitor delivery, after‑sales service and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Produce regular market and competitor performance reports.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management related to sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably CNC or laser machines.
• Proven track record of managing a sales team.
• Professional sales or business administration certification is a plus.
