Sales Manager – Food Ingredients (Bakery & Confectionery / Dairy & Beverages)

About the role

REDA Chemicals is seeking two Sales Managers for its Food Ingredients business unit in Cairo. Each role focuses on a specialised segment – Bakery & Confectionery or Dairy, Beverages & Nutraceuticals – and will drive growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities and delivering tailored ingredient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers in the assigned segment.
• Identify new business opportunities, convert leads into profitable sales and achieve sales targets, margins and growth KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments.
• Promote REDA’s specialty raw materials and ingredients for specific applications.
• Collaborate with internal technical, R&D and commercial teams to deliver customised solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates and represent REDA at client meetings, technical visits and industry events.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in the relevant segment (Bakery & Confectionery or Dairy, Beverages & Nutraceuticals).
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, Food Technology or a related field.
• Experience in specialty chemicals or ingredient distribution/manufacturing is a plus.

Required skills

• Ability to translate technical features into commercial value propositions.
• Good understanding of market trends and the regulatory landscape.
• Proven experience managing relationships with manufacturers, formulators and R&D teams.
