Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a regional sales team to achieve revenue, profit and market‑share targets while upholding Julphar’s brand and ethical standards. This role combines strategic planning, operational oversight and direct customer engagement across an assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operations within the assigned region, taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash flow and quality targets.
• Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities, developing action plans to secure business for Julphar.
• Analyse sales statistics and reports to forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales streams and to determine growth potential.
• Ensure the sales force business plan is executed, monitor key performance indicators and maintain field‑force effectiveness.
• Gather market intelligence to support decision‑making on market penetration and development strategies.
• Lead recruitment, staffing and performance management of the sales team, providing regular productivity assessments.
• Build strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and coordinate field‑force sizing, deployment and call planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational and project‑management skills.
• Results‑oriented, customer‑focused and committed to delivering high standards of service.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to forecast sales, manage a sales force and motivate team members.
