Sales Manager – Telecom Solutions (Egypt)

About the role

Comba Telecom, a global provider of wireless infrastructure solutions, is seeking a technically strong, self‑driven Sales Manager to be based in Egypt. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle across the region, developing new business and managing key accounts for our portfolio of antennas, BSA, DAS, RAN, SmallCell and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales in the assigned territory, meeting regional targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of operators, infrastructure providers, integrators and enterprise customers.
• Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, technical positioning, commercial negotiation, proposal preparation and closing.
• Effectively position Comba’s product portfolio and articulate its technical and commercial value.
• Coordinate with the MEA technology team and headquarters to scope solutions and ensure deliverability.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline updates and reporting discipline.
• Represent Comba at customer meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of B2B sales or business development experience in the telecom or wireless industry.
• Strong technical understanding of wireless networks and RF products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently across a multi‑country territory.
• Fluent in Arabic (native) and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region and hold a valid passport.
