Sales Representative – Graduate Role

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our sales team, focusing on course renewal and customer relationship management. You will play a key part in driving conversions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to present renewal options and increase conversion rates.
• Follow up regularly to understand learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
• Monitor student progress, analyze performance data, and develop renewal strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Average English communication skills.
• Valid graduation certificate required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a performance‑driven environment and meet sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales career.
