Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Representative to promote our fitness services and help clients achieve their health goals. The role involves engaging both existing and prospective customers, responding promptly to inbound leads, and generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell fitness services to existing and prospective customers.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads while maintaining a high response rate.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within the scheduled time frame.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Generate new leads through cold calling.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Analyze market potential, track sales performance and prepare status reports.
• Complete and submit daily activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• 2‑5 years of experience as a sales agent.
• Solid knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in the health or technology sector is a plus.
