Sales Specialist – Recycling Solutions

About the role

Renova For Recycling is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join its Cairo office. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing partnerships within the recycling and industrial materials sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the recycling supply chain.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with current partners, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post‑sale follow‑up.
• Deliver product training sessions to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Prior experience in recycling or industrial materials is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
