Sales Supervisor – Logistics & Courier Services

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the development and execution of B2B sales strategies for courier, parcel delivery and warehousing solutions. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with e‑commerce companies, SMEs and large corporates to drive sustainable revenue growth in the Egyptian logistics market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic sales plans targeting e‑commerce, SME and corporate clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Provide tailored logistics solutions, including warehousing, inventory management and last‑mile delivery.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers to position the company as the preferred logistics partner.
• Monitor market trends in the courier and parcel sector and propose innovative service offerings.
• Lead, coach and motivate a sales team on logistics‑specific selling techniques.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in logistics sales, specifically in courier services or warehousing solutions.
• Deep understanding of last‑mile operations and e‑commerce logistics.
• Strong professional network within the Egyptian logistics and shipping market.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
