Sales Support Responsible

About the role

Arkas Logistics is looking for a Sales Support Responsible to strengthen its global sales operations. You will act as a bridge between agents, shipowners and internal teams, ensuring competitive freight pricing and smooth hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate freight rate requests from agents and group offices, negotiate with shipowners and prepare competitive quotations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, applying technical expertise to determine optimal pricing.
• Maintain close contact with agents to support overseas sales activities and collect sales requests.
• Obtain inland transportation rates from contracted suppliers and apply appropriate profit margins.
• Represent the Arkas Logistics brand globally, building and managing a personal customer portfolio.
• After pricing and sales closure, transfer operations to the Egypt Operations Center and inform headquarters.
• Focus on business development and acquisition of new customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales support or freight pricing role.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight pricing and freight forwarding operations.
• Proficiency in Business/Technical English.
• Experience in agency relationship management and sales techniques.
