Sales Team Lead

About the role

Element Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to manage and grow its commercial and residential property sales in New Cairo. You will lead a team of sales professionals, set performance targets, and ensure high‑quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a team of sales agents, set and monitor sales targets.
• Coach and mentor team members, conduct regular pipeline reviews.
• Meet with clients, analyse market opportunities and prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies.
• Report on sales performance and implement best‑practice processes.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven sales success in real‑estate or related sectors, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market data and support decision‑making.
• Experience in the Egyptian commercial or residential real‑estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
