Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Salesforce integration projects for its advisory clients. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering integration solutions that connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems, helping clients improve customer service processes and overall business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and MuleSoft tools.
• Utilize MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to develop, deploy, and manage APIs and integration flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement, test, and maintain integration solutions ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical guidance, especially for MuleSoft‑based integrations.
• Document integration designs, configurations, and API specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices in Salesforce and MuleSoft development.

Required profile
