About the role

Generator Design Agency, a strategic branding and design studio, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead and nurture client relationships in its Heliopolis office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering high‑quality projects that blend Middle Eastern cultural insights with global design perspectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term partnership growth.
• Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies that align with client objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including designers, copywriters, and strategists—to guarantee timely project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship and account management, preferably within branding, advertising, or design.
• Strong background in strategic planning, marketing strategy, and project coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
