Senior Architect / Interior Designer

About the role

Life Theme is seeking a creative Senior Architect / Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to client presentation. You will work on a variety of commercial and residential interiors, ensuring designs meet functional requirements, aesthetic standards, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts based on functional programs and client briefs.
• Perform space planning, material and colour selection aligned with project budgets.
• Create high‑quality presentation drawings and 3D visualisations using 3ds Max and Corona.
• Prepare complete design packages for the Technical Office to produce shop drawings.
• Respond to client revisions promptly while preserving design integrity.
• Conduct site visits as needed to verify that execution matches approved designs.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in architecture and interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial thinking and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of space planning and material selection.
• Excellent presentation and visualisation abilities.
• Team‑player with a keen eye for detail.
