Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer

About the role

Beta Developments is seeking a Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer to join its on‑site team in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role combines detailed shop‑drawing production, technical support for construction, and coordination across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive shop drawings with full detail and high accuracy.
• Provide technical support to the construction team on‑site.
• Conduct quantity surveying for architectural and construction items.
• Perform technical compliance and coordination checks between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Receive, review, and archive tender documents and specifications.
• Propose innovative architectural and interior design solutions that contribute to project identity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering (government universities preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar technical office role, preferably within real‑estate companies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D‑3D), Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max and Photoshop.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
