Senior Azure DevOps/Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps/Cloud Engineer to own our Azure DevOps platform and drive cloud engineering initiatives. The role involves end‑to‑end responsibility for CI/CD pipelines, Azure Kubernetes Service, and GitOps practices, supporting multiple product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Azure Repos strategies, branching policies and repository security.
• Manage Azure Boards, backlogs, work item templates, dashboards and ensure traceability from requirements to deployments.
• Build and optimise YAML‑based CI/CD pipelines integrating Azure Repos, GitHub, AKS and security scanning tools.
• Deploy, configure and operate production‑grade AKS clusters, including node pools, autoscaling, upgrades and security.
• Design and manage Azure networking components such as VNets, subnets, NSGs, private endpoints and DNS.
• Troubleshoot production issues, pipeline failures and cluster performance incidents.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and security teams to enforce best practices and compliance.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and cloud engineering.
• Strong ownership of CI/CD, AKS and GitOps workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues independently.
• Deep understanding of security, networking and identity in Azure.
• Excellent communication across development and infrastructure groups.
