Senior Commercial Project Manager - Smart Infrastructure

About the Position

Join a global leader in technology as a Commercial Project Manager within our Smart Infrastructure division in Cairo. You will play a pivotal role in driving financial success and operational excellence by bridging the gap between engineering, legal, and financial objectives in complex digital infrastructure projects.

Main Missions

• Contract & Risk Management: Lead contract management, handle claims and change orders, analyze general conditions during tenders, and coordinate with legal departments to define negotiation strategies.
• Financial Control: Monitor project profitability, manage cash flow through optimized billing schedules, track cost variances, and identify root causes for financial deviations.
• Project Governance: Ensure rigorous risk control in collaboration with Project Managers, manage internal and external resource planning, and oversee warranty provisions.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Drive procurement and supply chain processes, including export controls and customs formalities.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Provide regular project status reports, lead milestone reviews, and conduct project review meetings with cross-functional teams.

Profile Required

• University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, specifically within the digital infrastructure sector.
• Strong ability to work in cross-functional environments (Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on financial performance and risk mitigation.
