Senior Coordinator – Last Mile Hub

About the role

Bosta is looking for a Senior Coordinator to manage the daily operations of its Last Mile Hub in Banha, Egypt. You will be the key point of contact between couriers, customers and internal teams, ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new pickups from Bosta flyers and verify tracking numbers.
• Enter shipments into the system and update the “Receiving Pickups” sheet.
• Organise daily dispatch, sort shipments by delivery address and assign routes via the Stars app.
• Handle cash‑on‑delivery collection, refunds and update courier routes.
• Process undelivered, canceled or refused shipments, including verification calls and transfers to the sorting facility.
• Obtain receiver signatures and IDs for zero‑COD deliveries.
• Monitor Stars Wallet balances and ensure daily COD reconciliation.
• Prepare handover emails with shipment counts, seal numbers and tracking details.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in logistics, e‑commerce or shipping.
• Graduate degree (any field) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office tools for data entry.
• Familiarity with tracking systems and courier coordination.
