Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Dahab Zaman is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to create a reliable, centralized reporting environment that drives business decisions across sales, e‑commerce, marketing, operations and customer domains. The analyst will serve as the independent source of truth, turning raw data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate and analyse data from multiple business functions.
• Design, build and maintain centralized dashboards for senior management using BI tools.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of KPIs across departments and resolve data discrepancies.
• Identify trends, opportunities, anomalies and performance gaps, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic decisions in sales, e‑commerce, marketing and customer retention.
• Develop customer segmentation, lifetime‑value models and conversion‑funnel analyses.
• Support marketing performance measurement, linking spend to sales and acquisition metrics.
• Establish and govern company‑wide KPI definitions and reporting standards.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with large, multi‑source datasets and deliver reliable insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis (optional).
• Understanding of e‑commerce and retail analytics concepts.
