Senior Delivery Partner Manager – Amazon DSP

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Delivery Partner Manager to lead and support its Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network in Egypt. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to 25‑30 DSP owners, guiding them through the full lifecycle of their businesses and helping them achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with 25‑30 DSP owners, ranging from first‑time entrepreneurs to seasoned logistics carriers.
• Collaborate with internal Program Managers, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Fleet and Network Health teams to ensure DSPs launch and scale in line with program requirements.
• Identify and remove obstacles, improve financial, operational and safety practices, and drive performance metrics across the network.
• Analyze problems, uncover insights, deliver recommendations and implement change both internally and externally.
• Facilitate Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and maintain two‑way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs and product/strategy groups.
• Travel regularly to multiple sites to engage with business owners, provide coaching, and ensure safety and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing logistics or delivery partner relationships at a senior level.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of influencing business strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across diverse internal teams.
• Willingness to work flexibly and travel frequently throughout Egypt.
• Ability to guide owners through onboarding, scaling, and peak‑period preparation.
