About the role
We are looking for a Senior Design Architect to lead and support architectural projects in New Cairo. The role involves overseeing design development, ensuring compliance with codes, and delivering high‑quality architectural solutions for our construction portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate and monitor assigned architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, performance standards and client specifications.
- Review engineering deliverables, identify issues and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide technical support during the design development stage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 6‑8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with 3D Max.
- Competence in SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Revit.
- Ability to use Photoshop for visual presentations.
