Senior Digital Designer – Remote

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to lead DTC creative across web and performance marketing. The role is fully remote and works closely with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to deliver mobile‑first experiences and paid assets while evolving a scalable design system.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end landing‑page workflow for paid social testing, from brief through design, handoff and iteration using Figma.
• Design conversion‑focused, mobile‑first web experiences applying strong UX/UI principles and iterating based on performance data.
• Build, refine and scale the design system to ensure consistency across campaigns, homepage updates and seasonal launches.
• Produce weekly Meta paid‑social creative that aligns with brand guidelines and performance goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Brand teams to translate briefs into effective digital creative.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in digital design, preferably with a DTC brand.
• Demonstrated ownership of high‑impact web and performance‑marketing creative.
• Strong UX/UI capability with a focus on mobile‑first design and usability.
• Experience building and working within design systems.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Design systems development and maintenance.
• UX/UI design for web and mobile.
• Creation of Meta paid‑social creatives.
• Video editing (bonus).
