Senior Director, Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and seasoned Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and elevate our people operations in Egypt. This pivotal leadership role partners with the executive team to design and implement innovative HR programs that attract, retain, and develop world‑class talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the company’s long‑term growth roadmap and act as a trusted advisor to the C‑suite.
• Drive talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Champion employee engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law, oversee HRIS systems, data analytics, budgeting, vendor management, and HR audits.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
