Senior E‑commerce Associate

About the role

The Senior E‑commerce Associate will oversee and optimise online product merchandising, curating digital shelves to maximise sales and enhance website visibility while reflecting brand values. The role leverages data insights for assortment planning, campaign launches and continuous improvement of product discoverability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise digital product assortments, categories, collections and listings to drive growth and improve website visibility.
• Support new brand and product launches, ensuring accurate and compelling online presentation aligned with brand standards.
• Partner with brands, suppliers and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Stores, Customer Care) on listings, activations and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct regular site audits to improve navigation, product discoverability and conversion rates.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyse sales, customer behaviour and website performance data to inform assortment and placement decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in retail e‑commerce, with a strong understanding of digital merchandising.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and make sound decisions.
