Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

Lamdax is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑quality mobile applications across multiple platforms. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to turn business needs into seamless digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create cohesive user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable code that follows industry best practices and company standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, debug issues, and ensure optimal app functionality.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay current with Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends, tools, and libraries.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and CI/CD pipeline activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Flutter developer with a strong portfolio of published apps.
• Deep knowledge of Dart and Flutter architecture.
• Expertise integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries.
• Hands‑on experience with state‑management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and animation.
• Proficiency with Git and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
