Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. You will plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads, to maximise ROI and support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive media‑buying strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and other relevant channels.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics.
• Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
• Monitor performance, analyse key metrics and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives.
• Negotiate ad placements and pricing with media partners.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and targeting strategies.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1) and intermediate Slovak (B1) language skills.
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar digital advertising role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organised.
