Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

LIPS Healthcare is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual expression of its premium healthcare brand across digital and physical touchpoints. The role combines brand design sensibility with performance‑marketing focus to create assets that drive patient acquisition and reinforce trust.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the LIPS brand identity across website, social media, paid media and clinic materials.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines for internal teams and external partners.
• Design creative assets for acquisition campaigns, including display ads, landing‑page graphics, social posts, email templates and infographics.
• Produce patient‑friendly visuals that explain treatments, services and patient journeys.
• Create in‑clinic materials such as signage, digital screen content, brochures and event graphics.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager, content creators and external agencies to align design with performance goals.
• Manage the design asset library, establish templates and ensure assets are optimized for digital and mobile platforms.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience working in‑house or with marketing teams, preferably in healthcare, wellness, beauty or other premium service sectors.
