Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

UXBERT Labs, a leading digital and user‑experience design agency in the GCC, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its creative team. You will work closely with design, marketing, strategy, and product teams to produce high‑quality visual assets that strengthen brand presence across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong visual identities and brand systems.
• Create marketing materials for digital and print, ensuring visual consistency.
• Produce presentations, pitch decks, and social‑media content.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on creative campaigns, translating business goals into visual concepts.
• Support UX/UI teams with visual assets and contribute to digital storytelling.
• Design simple motion graphics and animated content for social media and presentations (preferred).
• Mentor junior designers and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design work.
• Experience in agencies, startups, or fast‑paced creative environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of typography, layout systems, color theory, branding systems, and social‑media design.
