Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

JUKUMO is a fast‑growing events and production agency that creates impactful brand experiences. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the visual development for events, productions, and client campaigns, balancing creativity, technical expertise, and team mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design visual assets for event branding, stage layouts, activations, and production materials.
• Create a variety of deliverables, including social media graphics, print collateral, digital campaigns, and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with account managers, production teams, and clients to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and project goals.
• Oversee the design process from concept through final delivery, maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
• Prepare production‑ready files and coordinate with printers, fabricators, and other vendors.
• Stay current on design trends, event branding innovations, and production techniques.
• Contribute creative ideas to pitches, proposals, and brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in events, marketing, or production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event branding, production designs, and marketing visuals.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (After Effects a plus).
• Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats.
• Knowledge of event production requirements such as large‑format printing and stage branding is advantageous.
