Senior HR Generalist

About the role

The Senior HR Generalist will manage daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations. The role supports recruitment, performance management, and employee relations while maintaining accurate personnel records.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, leaves, penalties, resignations, and end‑of‑service procedures.
• Coordinate social insurance, medical insurance, and all required governmental HR procedures.
• Support recruitment activities, including screening, onboarding, and orientation.
• Set, monitor, and report on KPIs and performance metrics across departments.
• Facilitate performance reviews, probation evaluations, KPI tracking, and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with department managers to define measurable objectives and ensure fair evaluations.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to aid management decisions.
• Apply HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions in line with Egyptian Labor Law.
• Promote a professional, supportive work environment and handle employee relations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of personnel administration, payroll basics, social insurance, and Egyptian Labor Law.
• Proven experience in performance management, KPI implementation, and employee evaluation systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and confidential handling of HR matters.
• Preferably residing near Maadi or surrounding areas.
