Senior Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Terra Solutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist for a full‑time, on‑site position in 10th of Ramadan City. The role oversees daily HR operations, ensuring accurate payroll, attendance management, employee relations, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll, extract and review fingerprint attendance reports, and calculate overtime, absences, delays, and leave balances.
• Prepare and verify payroll data to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Administer employee benefits, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management, assisting with performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare regular HR reports and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Senior HR Generalist.
• Strong hands‑on experience in payroll processing and attendance systems.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
