Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

SOKNA is Egypt's first holistic end‑of‑life care service, and we are looking for a senior marketing leader to shape our brand and drive growth. As Senior Marketing Manager you will own the go‑to‑market strategy, build strong market positioning and accelerate customer acquisition in a fast‑moving, 0‑to‑1 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute brand strategy, growth marketing and go‑to‑market plans.
• Launch new products and services, managing integrated multi‑channel campaigns.
• Optimize conversion funnels and scale high‑performing acquisition channels.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product and Operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Establish marketing processes, tools and performance measurement frameworks.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience leading brand strategy and growth marketing.
• Proven track record building brands from scratch and driving revenue growth.
• Hands‑on experience in fast‑paced, early‑stage business environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
