Senior Microsoft Dynamics F&O Technical Developer

About the role

PwC Operate Application Management Services is seeking a Senior Associate to provide technical support and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps). Based in Cairo, you will work with a global team delivering services to clients in the UK and overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 FinOps, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain and monitor D365 FinOps environments to ensure stability, performance and reliability.
• Use Life Cycle Services (LCS) tools for diagnostics, issue tracing and system health checks.
• Integrate and support Azure Logic Apps within D365FO processes when required.
• Employ debugging utilities such as Trace Parser and KSQL to identify and fix technical problems.
• Act as the primary technical contact for internal stakeholders, delivering regular updates on bug fixes and system incidents.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in a support or development role with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
