Senior Product Manager – B2C

About the role

Axis is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of B2C financial products for everyday users in Egypt. You will shape the product vision, drive growth through data‑driven discovery, and ensure a seamless payments experience across mobile wallets.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own and evolve the product vision aligned with long‑term user and business outcomes.
• Define and manage the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for B2C initiatives.
• Lead a cross‑functional squad to build and launch user‑facing financial products.
• Drive product discovery cycles using data‑driven hypotheses, structured testing, and user validation.
• Translate insights into impactful features that move key product and business metrics.
• Ensure strategic alignment across teams and business units.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for B2C digital wallets, payments, and consumer financial tools.
• Measure, own, and drive key metrics, KPIs, and OKRs with a growth‑oriented mindset.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience delivering successful B2C digital products.
• In‑depth knowledge of the payments ecosystem and familiarity with Meeza wallet regulations.
• Strong experience leading product discovery processes and iterative product development.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and tactical thinking with confident decision‑making.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and influence without formal authority.

Required skills

• Knowledge of consumer fintech and digital wallets.
• Understanding of B2C product strategy and roadmap management.
• Experience with data‑driven product discovery and validation.
