Senior Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Gleeds is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects and support Business Unit Directors in achieving strategic objectives. You will act as the primary liaison with customers, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives and identifying growth opportunities.
• Engage with customers, develop and maintain strong relationships, and present project reports.
• Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Manage contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager.
• Oversee project delivery to meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and customer requirements.
• Mentor and coach employees, promoting their professional development.
• Identify new business development opportunities across the business unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field (post‑graduate degree a plus).
• 10+ years of proven experience delivering project management services on major construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of construction norms, standards, and contract management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
