About the role

We are seeking a senior project manager to lead large‑scale engineering and construction initiatives in the Greater Cairo area. The role demands a seasoned professional who can drive projects from concept through delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Promote continuous improvement in project management methodologies and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in project and program management within engineering, construction, civil, or architecture domains.
• Proven senior‑management track record delivering large, complex projects.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor talent and contribute to strategic initiatives.
