Senior Projects Manager

About the role

NoVi Designs & Finishing is seeking a highly experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead large‑scale construction, architectural, fit‑out, finishing and MEP projects across residential, commercial, industrial and developer‑led sectors. The role combines deep technical knowledge, commercial leadership and PMO governance to deliver profitable projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation, estimation and planning through execution, handover and close‑out.
• Manage complex construction, fit‑out, finishing, architectural and MEP projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, contracts, QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Establish and run PMO processes, governance, reporting standards and performance controls.
• Develop execution plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Oversee construction teams, site managers, engineers and supervision crews.
• Select, contract and manage subcontractors, monitor progress payments and commercial settlements.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, consultants, developers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project profitability, cost‑to‑complete, billing, collections and cash‑flow exposure.
• Review BOQs, drawings, technical submissions, procurement plans, variations and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, cost, technical and commercial risks, implementing recovery plans.
• Lead progress meetings and deliver executive reports on schedule, cost, risk and profitability.
• Ensure accurate project records, approvals, handover documentation, snagging and final account closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of progressive project‑management experience in mega‑scale construction, fit‑out, finishing or MEP projects.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven track record of high project profitability and on‑time delivery.
• Extensive experience establishing or leading a PMO.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQs, variations, claims and subcontractor management.
