Senior Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Senior Quality Control Engineer will lead quality assurance activities across construction and development projects, ensuring all work complies with company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor project‑specific quality control plans for all sites.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits covering architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements for compliance.
• Lead the non‑conformance reporting (NCR) process and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive quality control experience in the real‑estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and QA/QC standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with quality management software.
