Senior Regional Program Manager – Partner Experience & Safety

About the role

Amazon’s Hub Delivery network is expanding rapidly across the AMET region (Egypt, UAE, Turkey, Saudi Arabia). We are looking for a senior leader to own Partner Experience, Safety & Quality, and Compliance initiatives, turning strategic vision into actionable programs that improve the experience of our delivery partners and ensure regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner Experience & Engagement (Egypt) – Analyse partner feedback, develop engagement and recognition programs, and act as the voice of Hub Partners in cross‑functional discussions.
• Safety & Quality Management (AMET) – Define safety strategy, monitor quality metrics (DEA, FDDS, DNR), create training, SOPs and audit mechanisms, and drive continuous improvement across the network.
• Compliance & Risk Management (AMET) – Work with legal, business and engineering teams to identify regulatory risks, develop regional policies and training, and automate compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Strategic leader capable of translating vision into detailed, executable plans.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional programs in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to combine quantitative data and qualitative insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
