Senior Sales Account Manager – Automotive Marketplace

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead business development for its Cars marketplace. You will acquire new automotive clients, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue growth while supporting the company’s mission to empower local economies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business‑development plans by contacting leads via phone, face‑to‑face meetings, cold calling, direct mail, email and networking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (both value and volume).
• Manage client expectations to ensure a high‑quality Dubizzle Cars experience.
• Sell value‑added products and subscriptions to new, expired or cancelled accounts.
• Provide client training, performance reviews and regular reports to maximise retention.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales dashboard reflecting all automotive activities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing on sales‑related issues.
• Gather automotive market insights and stay informed on local regulations and developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the automotive sales market.
• Proven track record in sales and key‑account management.
• Experience with start‑ups or online platforms is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the Egyptian automotive market.
• Patience and strong conversational abilities.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude.
